For employees and their family member(s), the following is also required:
Employment permit (extended).
For board presidents or vice-presidents and their family member(s), the following is also required:
A photocopy of the business license (counterpart) proved valid after annual inspection.
For experts and their family member(s), the following is also required:
Expert Card (extended).
For journalists and their family member(s), the following is also required:
Journalist card (extended).
For a consulate's non-official employees, the following is also required:
Official letter from the Foreign Affairs Office of the Local Municipal Government.
When applying for extension of the family members (independent), the applicant shall also submit the following material:
Valid residence permits for employees.
